We were tired of confusing interval timers. Scrolling through numbers to find the right times is tough. Especially with sweaty fingers at the gym.
We wanted to find a better way. We thought it should be as easy as sending a text message. So that's what we built!

We even store your recent workouts for quick access to previous timers. Here are some examples of how you would set up your timer:
"2mins, 30sec, 6x"
"1 minute work, 1 minute rest, for 6 rounds"
"20s on, 10s off, 8 times"
